Are you outgoing, motivated, comfortable talking with people, and excited about fitness, sales, and social media?
BODY20 Aggieland is looking for a Sales Associate who can create an exceptional member experience while helping us grow our local presence in the Bryan/College Station community.
This is more than a front-desk position.
Our Sales Associates play an important role in generating leads, following up with prospective members, giving studio tours, helping convert prospects into members, supporting current members, participating in community outreach, and helping showcase what makes BODY20 Aggieland different.
We're also looking for someone who is comfortable with social media and creating local content for our studio. If you enjoy taking photos and videos, creating Instagram/Facebook Reels, working with short-form video, or coming up with creative ways to feature our members, coaches, workouts, and studio culture, that's a big plus.
What You'll Do
Sales & Lead Follow-Up
- Engage with prospective members by phone, text, email, and in person
- Follow up consistently with leads and help schedule introductory sessions
- Give studio tours and confidently explain the BODY20 experience
- Help convert prospective members into BODY20 members
- Assist with onboarding new members
- Build relationships that encourage member retention and referrals
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in our CRM
- Help the studio meet individual and team sales goals
Member Experience
- Create a welcoming, energetic environment for members and guests
- Develop genuine relationships with our members
- Help answer questions and resolve member needs professionally
- Work closely with coaches and other team members to deliver an exceptional studio experience
Social Media & Local Content
- Capture photos and short-form video content inside the studio
- Help create and post Instagram and Facebook Stories, Reels, and other local content
- Showcase BODY20 workouts, coaches, members, events, transformations, promotions, and studio culture
- Identify spontaneous opportunities for engaging local content
- Help maintain an active, authentic BODY20 Aggieland presence on social media
- Assist with simple video editing, captions, trending audio, and creative concepts when appropriate
Experience creating Reels, TikToks, short-form videos, Canva content, or managing business social media is strongly preferred and a major plus.
Community Outreach
- Participate in local events, expos, and community activities
- Help establish relationships with local businesses and organizations
- Represent BODY20 professionally throughout the Bryan/College Station community
- Look for creative opportunities to introduce new people to BODY20

- Organized and able to manage multiple leads and priorities
- Interested in health, fitness, and wellness
- Comfortable being around cameras and social media content
- Creative and willing to contribute ideas
- A team player who takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
- Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms is a plus
- Previous sales, hospitality, fitness, customer service, marketing, or social media experience is preferred
